Trunk or Treat

A spooky time was had by all!  AMHA hosted 9 successful Trunk or Treats with over 1000 participants.  Staff, residents and partners decorated their trunks and passed out an estimated 300 packages of treats, or over 75,000 individual goodies.  For those kiddos that did not have costumes, there were many extras available to pick from and borrow.  Many agency partners were on site to build relationships and pass out resources.  Thank you so much to the planning committee, Housing Operations, Resident Services and the Security department.  From the smile on everyone’s faces, you could tell that we are definitely, more than just housing.  The following communities participated in this year’s event: Bon Sue, Valley View, Summit Lake, Colonial Hills, Willow Run, Pinewood Gardens, Van Buren, Joy Park, and Honey Locust.
