Service Coordination for Residents

AMHA provides Service Coordinators to assist residents of our family housing developments with creating and achieving goals related to:

  • Employment
  • Education
  • Health and wellness
  • Finances
  • Other goals

Service Coordinators will work with residents to develop a plan, provide referrals to community resources in support of their goals, and assist them in overcoming barriers. Promote self sufficiency programming within the developments focusing on self-sufficiency of residents.

Service Coordinators also provide crisis management and linkage to community resources that can provide assistance with basic needs such as food, clothing, healthcare, utilities, and other pressing needs.

Please contact the Resident Service Department for service coordination assistance at 330- 376-9699.
