FSS Grad Story

Brandy Underwood started the Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program in September 2018, working as a Home Health Aide. Brandy identified several goals, one of which was obtaining her GED. She worked hard during her FSS participation and became certified as an Independent Home Care Provider in September 2020. She also continued to work full time as a Home Health Aide at her primary job with Enterprise Home Care. Brandy achieved her long standing goal of obtaining her GED in March 2021 and started her own independent business while continuing to work full time. She requested to graduate FSS early and was approved to graduate in August of 2021. She plans to use her escrow to purchase a van for her self-owned business.
