Request to Reserve a Room

Meeting and event space is available to community partners and residents. For additional information contact us at 330-252-9271. You can also complete the form below to submit a room request. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event. A member of Reach staff will respond to you within three business days of your request. (Use of the kitchen at Reach must be reserved through Akron Summit Community Action).

Reach Facility Rental Fees

Security Deposit: $75.00 per room request
Multipurpose Room: $350.00/day or $50/hr.
Adult Learning Classroom(s): $150.00/day/classroom or $20/hr
Computer Lab (12 computers each room): $200.00/day/lab or $25/hr. + $.25 per page for print services
Security: $84.00/minimum of 3 hours + $28.00 for every additional hour
Technical Support: $50.00 flat rate
